US AT THE 2ND ANNUAL COLLINGSWOOD GREEN FESTIVAL
Collingswood is taking Mother Earth
seriously and believes that we have a responsibility
to make the planet, and Collingswood, more green.
Several projects, businesses and events in the Borough
are dedicated to doing just that
Collingswood will host its 2nd annual
Green Festival on April 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
along Irvin Ave, between Haddon Ave and PATCO high
speed line. “It’s bigger, better and
greener than even last year,” said Collingswood
Commissioner Joan Leonard. “We’re expecting
a great turnout from vendors and guests.”
Again this year, purchase subsidized
rain barrels and compost bins. Full grown trees
(with free delivery to Collingswood residents)!
Shop the eco-artisans, get to know merchants who
sell sustainable and eco friendly products, see
an all electric vehicle and learn how to recycle
just about anything! Get involved with Collingswood’s
bike share with free bike tune ups from volunteer
mechanics.Enjoy music and food and learn how you
can get involved and make a difference.
Cheese Etc. will have a table set
up showcasing our All Natural and Organic Product
Lines, including Coffee, Tea and Chocolates. Plus
we'll be giving away a gift basket of our best selling
organic products. But you must stop by our table
for a chance to win!! No purchase necessary!

On the 2nd Saturday of every month
from 5-9pm, All of Haddon Ave. in downtown Collingswood,
comes alive with local artists and musicians displaying
their talents. It's a fun niight for a stroll, dining
and shopping. Be sure to stop in and see us as we
always have some great new product we want you to
try.
