PORTER SMOKED GOUDA

We take a classic Mac & Cheese and really amp it up with the addition of our Porter Smoked Gouda cheese spread.
This Cheese Spread is a gouda and cheddar cheese blend mixed with Morro Castle Porter Beer from Forgotten Boardwalk Brewery.
This flavor is usually only available in the Fall and Winter, as that is when the beer is made!

All of our Mac & Cheese flavors are made with one of our gourmet cheese spreads. We like to change our Mac & Cheese flavors seasonally. They are sold in these foil containers that can easily pop into the oven to heat up. Leftovers freeze perfectly!

Our single serve is an 8oz container, perfect as a meal for one or a side dish for two.
Our small tray is 1 1/2 lbs, lunch for 2! The large tray is a huge 3 lbs, perfect party size!
