The strawberry is made with a light, creamy ricotta mousse and layered with our own house made Jersey Fresh Strawberry Jam. Then topped with a cookie crumble. Each jar balances the smooth, milky richness of fresh ricotta with bright, fruity strawberry notes — an elegant dessert or upscale snack that’s ready to serve.
Our intention is for these to be enjoyed with a spoon right from the jar! Of course spooning over angel food cake or waffles would be amazing.

For this version, we added pumpkin and cinnamon to our mousse, layered it with graham crackers and then we top it off with mini chocolate chips. Wonderfully delicious through the Fall season!
