Get ready to brine, create and taste! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make delicious refrigerator pickles—from preparing the brine to discovering the spices that create layers of flavor.
Then we’ll explore the art of pickle-scaping, transforming vegetables into beautiful shapes and colorful designs for your jars. You’ll make two jars of your own artisan refrigerator pickles—one to keep and one to give, perhaps? These make gorgeous, thoughtful gifts!
Finish your creations with pretty twine bows and personalized kraft tags featuring your own batch numbers.

Plus we’ll send you home with the recipe and select kitchen tools to make your own ricotta cheese at home.
