This class is hands on. We do work in pairs, so grab a friend (or meet a new one!) and join us for this fun (and tasty!) event.
The class includes making the ricotta cheese, and you’ll take home what you make.
Plus enjoy a ‘ricotta board’ where we will sample sweet and savory pairings with ricotta cheese and a complimentary glass of wine. Feel free to bring your own as well.
