Cheese Etc. & Gourmet Gifts was originally established in Collingwood, NJ in 1988. We purchased the business in 2004 and maintained the Collingwood location for 10 years. In 2014 we relocated to the SoHa Arts Building in Haddon Township, NJ. The SoHa Arts Building is a unique community of other creative businesses and artisans all with their own individual studios and commercial kitchen spaces.
This move from a traditional retail environment provided us an opportunity to build the commercial kitchen we needed to keep creating and adding to our line of gourmet products.
While continuing to create new flavors to add to our award winning gourmet cheese spread line, we also have since have added Jersey Fresh conserves, jams and wine jellies. And also award winning, gourmet mac & cheese (made with our unique cheese spread flavors) Plus speciality cheese balls, chocolate fudge cheese and ricotta mousse jars. And our newest product line is really taking off…vegan cheeses and vegan mac & cheese,
Of course we are still creating all those beautiful gourmet gifts you have come to rely on for all your gift giving needs. And now we can help with entertaining and events with our charcuterie options, cheese ‘wheel’ cakes, mini ricotta mousse jars and assorted baked cheese tarts. 
In October, 2025, we moved again! The very limited retail space we had at the SoHa Arts Building just wasn’t enough anymore. But, we did not leave our home of Haddon Township, NJ. We found a great retail store on Haddon Ave., right in the heart of the downtown shopping area. So we packed it all up and moved the whole production kitchen. Plus we have plenty of room for a beautiful retail space. Even room to continue having cheese making classes. The move came at a challenging time of year since it was during the holiday season. But we are up and running! We will have lots of new things to announce after the new year when we have more time to plan!

We proudly source our ingredients locally whenever we can!

We believe in "Jersey Fresh!” We support many local farms and apiaries such as: Schober Farm, Muth Family Farm, and Mill Creek Apiary.

We also use wine local wineries: Valenzano’s, Wagonhouse, Heritage Winery, Saddlehill and Stokelan Wineries.

And beers from local breweries too: Tonewood, Flying Fish, Zed’s and Yards Brewery.

You can find our spreads at select retailers, seasonally at local farmer’s markets and of course you can always pick up at our store or have them shipped.
