This wine jelly is where sweet meets savory. Coeur d'Est," meaning "Heart of the East" in French, is a regional red wine blend exclusive to the Outer Coastal Plain of southern New Jersey, showcasing grapes that thrive in the area. To use the "Coeur d'Est" name, member wineries must adhere to strict guidelines to ensure high quality standards.
And we are proud to make this wine jelly using Saddlehill Cellars wine. Local of course, winery based in Cherry Hill, NJ
It will definitely be right at home a cheese board. Pairs really well with a nice aged cheese like Parmesan or Gouda. Just as nice on a creamy soft goat log. Don’t be afraid to use it for a PB sandwich!

Oh that classic combo of strawberries and rhubarb! And what is a conserve? Short of it, jam with stuff in it!! Here we add golden raisins and walnuts.
This conserve has both a sweet and tartness that will pair well with scones and tea biscuits. But this will easily find a home with lots of things on your breakfast or brunch table! And one of our favorite ways to serve it is as a cheese topper. Go simple and spoon on some cream cheese or go fancy and bake with some Brie.

A wonderful flavor combination! Think of a sweet raspberry jam, good by itself right? And who doesn’t like a chocolate truffle?! When we infused a bit of chocolate, into our raspberry jam, wow! When recipe testing we were standing around taking spoons and eating right from the jar until it was gone!

Oh those Jersey Fresh peaches give this jam a perfectly peachy taste.

We use local tomatoes from Cranberry Hall farms to make this mildly spicy and sweet jam.
It is the perfect finish to a grilled burger. It’s a wonderful sandwich spread. You can even spoon some into an omelette. Of course it’s perfectly at home paired with cheeses on those summer charcuterie boards.

So we always have a bottle of port wine in our kitchen. We use it a lot to make cheese spreads. And during the summer we always have fresh Jersey blueberries. (well even in the winter too because we freeze lots of blueberries!)

So what is a conserve?? Well basically it is a jam with ‘stuff” in it, usually dried fruits and nuts. Same sort of texture as a jam, just kicked up with more depth of flavor.

Talk about a blueberry flavor!! This jelly is made with Jersey Fresh blueberries and Sweet Love Wine ( blueberry flavored) from Wagonhouse Winery, a local Jersey winery. This luscious jelly with bursting with little bits of blueberries is an absolute treat for that morning bagel or toast.

YES, that’s right a ‘beer’ jelly. Don’t make a face yet. This is so light and sweet. It’s made with a lemon shandy beer from our friends at Zed’s Beers.
We take this lemony beer and amp it up with more lemon juice and orange juice. You won’t believe the light, citrusy taste of this wonderful jelly.

Made with local Jersey wines. They are available in a Red Wine Sangria, which is made with a blend of blueberry and cranberry flavored wines. And a White Wine Sangria which is flavored with pears, mango and kiwi.
