So what is a conserve?? Well basically it is a jam with ‘stuff” in it, usually dried fruits and nuts. Same sort of texture as a jam, just kicked up with more depth of flavor.
We make this one with Jersey Fresh peaches, golden raisins, roasted pecans and a nice splash of Bourbon!
This sweet treat has so many serving options. You can scoop some on top of grilled pork chops, or top off your waffles & pancakes, and great with vanilla ice cream.
