The strawberry is made with a light, creamy ricotta mousse and layered with our own house made Jersey Fresh Strawberry Jam. Then topped with a cookie crumble. Each jar balances the smooth, milky richness of fresh ricotta with bright, fruity strawberry notes — an elegant dessert or upscale snack that’s ready to serve.
Our intention is for these to be enjoyed with a spoon right from the jar! Of course spooning over angel food cake or waffles would be amazing.
These are made fresh to order and will last 3-4 days in the fridge.
