The lemon is light, airy, and bright. Our lemon ricotta mousse marries the creamy tang of ricotta with zesty citrus for a dessert that feels both indulgent and fresh. Whipped to a silky texture, the ricotta yields a mousse that’s subtly sweet with a clean lemon bite. We then layer this mousse with some lemon curd.
Our intention is for these to be enjoyed with a spoon right from the jar! Of course spooning over fresh berries, or pairing with shortbread cookies is an awesome variation.
These are made fresh to order and will last 3-4 days in the fridge.
