PUMPKIN

These are a relatively new product, and crazy popular! Cheese for dessert…oh yeah! Our ricotta mousse is absolutely luxurious. A nice light, not so sweet dessert cheese. And we will pair it with different things throughout the year.

For this version, we added pumpkin and cinnamon to our mousse, layered it with graham cracker and then we top it off with mini chocolate chips. Wonderfully delicious for this time of year!
