VEGAN SRIRACHA CHEESE BALL

This cheese ball is perfect for entertaining, and you certainly don’t have to be vegan to enjoy it!

This vegan cheese is cashew based, mixed with some nutritional yeast, spices, a touch of sriracha and lime. It has just a touch of heat to it. We then roll it in toasted walnuts. Make it a board by adding some crackers, fruit and extra nuts.

Vegan cheeses are a bit more perishable and will last only 2-3 weeks. They do need to stay refrigerated. Of course you can take them out ahead of time to soften a bit.

All vegan cheeses are made fresh to order. At least 24 hour notice is required.
*Please note however, if you are ordering to pick up at one of Saturday morning farmers’ markets, you must oder by end of day on Thursday.
