Jersey Farmstead Cheese - Cosmic Nettle Symphony, by Cherry Grove Farm ”We mixed stinging nettle (from North Slope Farm in Lambertville!), oregano, lavender, lemon balm, and rosehip into the jack curd. In another burst of creativity last week, the team named it Cosmic Nettle Symphony. Just look at the herbal specks dotting the cheese. Doesn't it make you dream of the cosmos? This cheese is pretty oregano-forward and just may remind you of something a bit more... Dank. ;)”
